We are committed to providing our Software Maintenance Clients with prompt technical support. Technical support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Exceptions are nine annual holidays: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
