Neal Nover is President and Chief Executive Officer of Nover Engelstein & Associates, Inc.. Mr. Nover has more than 29 years of experience in the Public Sector marketplace. Nover has implemented software solutions at hundreds of government agencies. Early in his career, Mr. Nover was the first Director of Information Technology for the City of Fall River, Massachusetts. There Nover transformed the City, Police Department, School Department and the Library System from paper to electronic systems. Prior to founding NEA, Nover held various top level technical and sales positions at Keystone Information Systems. Mr. Nover holds a B.S. in Marketing and Management from Bentley College.
Geoffrey Engelstein is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Nover Engelstein & Associates, inc. Mr. Engelstein leads Nover Engelstein & Associates, Inc. software development team. With more than 25 years of experience in the software industry, Engelstein is responsible for defining and overseeing the implemention of the company's technical strategies. Mr. Engelstein is an avid game developer. He is the Principle of Mind Bullet Games. Mr. Engelstein is also the President of Mars International, an engineering design and manufacturing firm. Mr. Engelstein received degrees from MIT in Physics, Electrical Engineering, and Ancient History
